Terms:

• Orders require 10% down.
• Balance Due before shipment.
• Freight - FOB Origin.

Conditions:

• Additional government-imposed duties effective after January 1, 2025, are not included in the pricing.
• Single ship to location.
• Credit cards are allowed. Any down payment or order balance greater than $10,000 will incur a 3% convenience fee applied to the payment
• No Returns.
• Orders must ship by 9/30/2025. After this period, any unshipped orders will accrue a 3% late fee per week.
• Down Payment is non-refundable for cancellations.
• Custom orders require a 50% deposit.
• Minimum Order $2,500.
• Free Freight is economy shipping only for non-greenery items.
• Greenery & Large Commercial Decorations will receive a 10% freight cap.
• Free freight excludes tower trees and shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.
• Wintergreen reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any orders or to reprice any products under the following conditions:
  • If there is a significant change in market conditions or product availability.
  • If there is an error in the pricing information received or published.
  • If the order does not comply with Wintergreen's policies, including minimum order quantities and payment terms.
  • If the buyer fails to meet financial or credit requirements as determined by Wintergreen.
• In the event of a pricing error, Wintergreen will notify the buyer of the corrected price, and the buyer will have the option to proceed with the transaction at the corrected price or cancel the order. Wintergreen shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from such rejection or repricing.

• Wintergreen Corporation reserves the right to modify final pricing based on abnormal cost changes in freight or government-imposed duties, which can be influenced by various factors such as geopolitical developments, supply and demand dynamics, and fuel costs.
