Customer pickup is available from our Alpharetta, GA warehouse. To arrange for customer pickup, you will need to call our Sales team at 1-855-942-7100.

Standard Shipping via UPS Ground (2-10 Business Days) or Truck, depending on the weight and size of items.

  • Delivery in the continental U.S. within six business days, Monday-Friday, by 7:00 PM
  • Delivery times to Alaska and Hawaii vary.
  • Wintergreen Corporation only ships products within the 50 states, and can not fill or ship international orders.

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are by weight, delivery locations, and shipping methods. Actual shipping charges may apply. We also offer 3rd party billing, meaning we will use your shipper accounts if provided, as well as blind shipping upon request. Order will ship complete. If other shipping arrangements are required, additional charges may apply. Cancellations on regular stock pre-orders are subject to a 30% fee. Orders for custom products are non-cancellable.

Weekend Delivery: Wintergreen Corporation provides for Saturday deliveries from 8am-6pm. Additional carrier fees may apply.

Shipping and Delivery Times: In stock orders are shipped within 1 business day. We offer UPS Next Day Air, 2-Day, and 3-Day shipping options. Additional fees may apply. Expedited orders placed before 4pm will ship the same day, if all items are in stock and there are no issues with the order or delivery address.

Delivery Attempts: Wintergreen Corporation offers order tracking to help ensure a smooth delivery. If the delivery eta has expired and you have not received your order or tracking information, please contact us immediately. Undelivered orders need to be reported within 25 days of the date you placed your order.

Damages: If any part of your order arrives damaged, you may refuse delivery at no cost to you. Please contact us immediately so that we can correct the situation as soon as possible. If the damages are concealed within the packaging, you will be asked to provide a picture, so it would be helpful to take a picture of the product and packaging before contacting us.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

Our satisfaction guarantee is to offer the best solution for your situation.

  • Products can be returned within 30 days for any reason.
  • There is a restock fee of 15% that is waived if an additional order is placed.
  • If a product is defective, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Important: Accepting returns are subject to the following:

  • Do not write or mark the packaging, contents or registration warranty cards.
  • Keep all original packaging as you received it for at least 30 days.
  • Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
  • Keep all products in new condition.
  • Do not remove UPC codes. (We can not accept boxes without UPC codes)
  • Products, whether defective or not, must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging in "like-new condition" and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product.
  • Linked promotional items must also be included

If I'm not satisfied with a product, how do I return it?

  1. Save the need to call - Print the return authorization form straight from your account

    • Login to your account by clicking on "My Account" on the top right of WintergreenCorp.com
    • Select "Returns"
    • Print the RMA form, which includes Easy Return Instructions
    • Include the printed form inside the return box
    • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return a non-defective product.
    • Save any tracking information

    2. Within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us and provide us with the following information:

    • Your order number
    • A very brief description of why you wish to return the product
    • How you would like to proceed - for example, would you like credit, or a different product?
    • A service professional will email you a return authorization form, and specific instructions to follow.
    • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return a non-defective product.
    • Save any tracking information

What if the product is defective?

  • If you notify us of any defect within the first 30 days of receiving your order, we will gladly exchange your defective product for the same product title, provided there is still stock.
  • Keep all original packaging as you received it.
  • Products must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging in "like new condition", and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product.

What if there is a discrepancy with the order? If you find any discrepancies with your order, please contact us right away .

Can I just send it back without contacting you? No. We are here to help, but we can not correct a situation we know nothing about. Please contact us and one of our service professionals will contact you to work out a solution. We will reject products returned to us without authorization.

Credit terms will be granted upon completion and approval of the Wintergreen Corporation Credit Application. To qualify for credit terms a minimum order of $5,000 is required. All orders requesting credit terms must be accompanied by a valid and signed purchase order. Payment is due Net 30 Days from the invoice date. Should you require alternate credit or payment arrangements, please contact your sales representative. Past due accounts will be assessed a 1.5% per month finance charge.
