Comes with all the hardware needed to install one banner per light pole
Includes 3 bands instead of 2 like most brackets
It has the same removable arm feature as the BannerMASTER but is secured thru the fitting with a cotter pin
Works on Banners up to 72" H
Easily Adjusted for height
Brackets have been wind load tested up to 77 MPH
Great for hanging banners short term or for smaller poles
